In response to the Covid-19 crisis, Israel's Ministry of Energy has identified 6 policy areas (removing barriers, natural gas, electricity, energy efficiency, transport fuels and minerals) to accelerate investment and support the economic recovery.

The programme is composed of 40 initiatives, including the project of connecting Eilat to the natural gas network.  For this project, an investment of ISL 730 million is expected to come from private investors, as well as ISL 30 milliion coming from the state.

US Crude Oil Inventories Continue To Falter, SPR Struggling To Pick Up the Slack

The American Petroleum Institute (API) estimated that crude oil inventories in the United States fell by 765,000 barrels in the week ending June 19.
