It has specific targets for 2025, 2030, 2040 and 2050. From the EU Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027, it allocates EUR 400-450 million to hydrogen. It splits the implementation in 3 phases (2020-2023, 2024-2030, 2030-2050) and defines actions across 8 different areas along with the implementation phase
