The national plan includes a definition of a low-energy building reflecting existing conditions

and economically achievable, reasonable measures to improve energy performance buildings. In addition, it presents the actions taken by the government administration in order to promoting low energy consumption buildings, including design, construction and the reconstruction of buildings in an energy-efficient manner and increase in their acquisition energy from renewable sources in new and existing buildings, and sets a timetable the achievement of the objectives set.
