This policy, as part of Spain's mobility stimulus, guarantees financing for commercial and industrial vehicles. It establishes a specific sub-section of the ICO-COVID line of guarantees for financing the renewal of the fleet of vehicles for professional use.

This sub-section is aimed at the self employed and companies, and will facilitate the renewal of commercial vehicles and industrials, including buses and coaches with guarantees of up to 80% .
