ADNOC has deployed Taurob's heavy-duty inspector robot at Taweelah Gas Compression Plant for autonomous inspections in hazardous environments using 3D LiDAR and thermal imaging to detect gas leaks and hotspots. ADNOC is co-developing the ARGOS heavy-duty operator robot, capable of lifting equipment and operating remotely in temperatures from –20°C to 60°C, expected operational by end-2026, to enhance safety, reduce emissions, and improve reliability in high-risk industrial operations.

ADNOC CEO Dr. Sultan Al Jaber advocates for increased investment in energy infrastructure and freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz to enhance global energy resilience. ADNOC is executing a $150 billion five-year capital program, including accelerating a second Fujairah Port pipeline (50% complete, targeting 2027) to bypass maritime chokepoints. The initiative addresses supply chain fragility for oil, gas, critical minerals, and fertilizers, with emphasis on AI integration and upstream capacity expansion to meet sustained global energy demand exceeding 100 million barrels per day.
UAE President and India Prime Minister Witness Exchange of Strategic Agreements between ADNOC and Indian Energy Partners
ADNOC signed strategic collaboration agreements with Indian partners to expand energy cooperation, including crude oil storage capacity up to 30 million barrels across Indian facilities (Mangalore, Vishakhapatnam, Chandikol) and potential Fujairah storage, plus increased LPG supply and trading with Indian Oil Corporation to enhance India's energy security.
