Proposed Modification of NPDES General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and Aquaculture Facilities Located in Indian Country in Washington (WAG130000)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 10, proposes to modify the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and Aquaculture Facilities Located in Indian Country in Washington (draft modified GP). The draft modified GP incorporates facility-specific conditions for Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery which will allow the facility to obtain coverage under the draft modified GP. Additionally, the draft modified GP proposes a modification to the chlorine monitoring requirements for all facilities covered under the GP.
