Exercising its authority to formulate emission standards, the Ministry of Environment, in this decree, sets emission standards for combustion processes and certain equipments for oil and gas activities.

Methane-relevant standards include combustion process of flare gas unit (see link annex 4, section 1d.) and glycol dehydrator unit (2c.). Addresses VOCs more broadly, not methane specific.
