The decree aims at the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in Wallonia (-30% eq-CO2 in 2020 with respect to 1990 level, and 80 to 95% eq-CO2 by 2050). It establishes emission budgets per sector (domestic, tertiary, transport, industry, agriculture, F-gases) for 5 years periods. The first period runs from 2014 to 2017, the last from 2048 to 2050. Intermediary budgets will be progressively fixed by the Government.
