Santa Fe is the first province in the country to enact, through its Legislature, a Law on Residential buildings Energy Efficiency Labeling, which establishes as mandatory the presentation of the Energy Efficiency Label of residential buildings in any property deed that is managed in its territory. In this way, the province implemented the system that promotes the Subsecretariat of Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency of the Nation, through the National Residential Building Labeling Program (Programa Nacional de Etiquetado de Viviendas).
