The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy has announced a 10% refund of the purchase price to citizens purchasing the best efficient products among the 7 items - electric rice cookers, air purifiers, kimchi refrigerators, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, hot and cold water machines, and refrigerators - from 1st November 2019.

If a consumer purchases a product with the highest efficiency rating on the market among the 7 items, 10% of the purchase cost of the target product can be refunded within the limit of 200,000 won per individual .
