In addition to NEA’s Notice on straw briquette fuel boilers as demonstration projects from June 2014 the Agency issued guidelines that aim to increase quality of the system used for the demonstration projects. The focus of the Notice is on increasing projects’ security, usage of technology emitting fewer emissions, promotion of the boilers among large-scale enterprises and improving the management of the projects.
