The overall goal of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy in the Namibia energy mix by developing the technological framework for transfer and deployment of Concentrated Solar Power technology for on-grid power generation. The three outcomes of this project includes:

Outcome 1: Local entrepreneurs are engaged in supply chain for CSP plants being constructed in Namibia;

Outcome 2: Increased investments in CSP technology;

Outcome 3: Increased installed capacity for CSP plants in Namibia.
