The Reference Pricelist Record is used to calculate the electricity purchase prices from renewable energy sources. According to the record, the ceiling tariff for the sale of electric energy generated by renewable energy facilities is set at: 85, 135, 120, 90 and 60 fils/kWh for wind, solar thermal, PV, biomass and biogas based electricity respectively. These prices will be applicable to the winning bidders of the direct proposals for RE projects and if they install a fully Jordanian origin facility the tariff can be increased by 15%.
