The subsidy programme "Umweltförderung Inland" provides financial support for consultation as well as concrete investment projects at company level. Funding is provided for projects that lead to a reduction in negative environmental impacts in Austrian companies. Subsidies for environmental protection measures amounting to a maximum of 30% of the investment costs and funding is mainly given for the efficient use of energy in commercial and industrial production processes, heat recovery and the thermal renovation of existing buildings.
