This Decree-Law was adopted by the Council of Ministers within the framework of the E4 Programme package. Although the general principles of the IPP law remain in force, this new law changed the formula for calculating prices paid to special-regime producers. The measure revises DL no.168/99 and led to the establishment of differentiated tariffs as a function of the technology and operating regime.
