The Initiative EnergieEffizienz is a nationwide platform for the efficient use of electricity in all consumer sectors. It provides the end consumer, professionals and opinion makers with information and advice on the potential for energy efficiency that exists wherever electricity is used. The Initiative EnergieEffizienz was launched on 29 October 2002 by the German energy agency, Dena - Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH - and is funded by the BMWi.
