The Electric Commercial Vehicles (ECV) is a project entity under the EVE programme of Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation. ECV creates an extensive and diverse testing and expert infrastructure for electric commercial vehicles in Finland.

'Commercial vehicle' is to be understood in the broad sense, including commercial vehicles such as buses and trucks, utility vehicles, cargo transport and working machinery as well as light and heavy passenger cars. ECV gathers together a large number of companies in the industry, research institutes and universities.
