The basis for this is the directive on the promotion of heating optimization through highly efficient pumps and hydraulic balancing. This is done by installing modern, high-efficiency pumps or carrying out the hydraulic balancing, which optimally distributes the heat in the building.

The funding program aims to motivate the heating owners with attractive, non-repayable subsidies, replace inefficient pumps and carry out optimization measures on the entire heating system. It thus makes a significant contribution to the economic and climate-friendly heat supply of the building stock in Germany.
