Provisions of the Foreign Trade Act provides statutory authority to the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy to set and notify import-export controls for a variety of purposes. First ratified in 1987, the Foreign Trade Act was most recently revised in 2024, and undergoes regular revisions.
