The Swiss Foundation for the Promotion of Home Ownership (Fondation suisse pour la promotion de l’accession à la propriété du logement) launched a programme to promote housing renovation in rural areas by providing from its funds CHF 90,000 per apartment, with a maximum of 3 apartments eligible for a loan. The duration of the FFPL has been extended by two years until 2025 and applications can be submitted until October 2025 at the latest. The loans will be interest-free for the first 10 years.
