Through its Energy Management Information System (EMIS) grant scheme, the Singaporean Government supports company investments to monitor and reduce their energy consumption to achieve improvement in energy efficiency. The grant can cover up to 50% of qualifying costs such as equipment and materials, professional Services or IT services.
The grant set a maximum cap at $250,000 per energy-intensive facility and $125,000 per facility for other facilities. The cost of instruments and metering are also not supported for new ventures.
