This aims to be achieved through a number of strategic interventions including but not limited to:

demand stimulation;

public education;

investment support;

accommodative regulatory framework.

Manufacturers producing a minimum of 5,000 volumes annually in South Africa were qualified for a 35% cash-back in investment incentive.
