The project Energy Active Consumers - Opportunity for the Use of Local Energy Sources was selected for public support in the second public tender of the THÉTA programme, a funding programme for applied research, experimental development and innovation. Its completion is planned for mid-2022.
The project focuses on the research of technical and economically feasible potential of energy active consumer groups, with emphasis on the following target groups: households, apartment buildings, businesses, and municipalities.
The primary output of the research project is the synthesis of data from the technical and economic potential, and socio-demographic characteristics on the basis of which the research team will compile a comprehensive analysis of suitable tools for higher involvement of different types of energy consumers.
