The strategy encourages innovation across the storage value chain, from raw materials to new business models, with a focus on circular economy principles. The strategy includes 10 lines of action and 66 measures addressing technical, regulatory, economic, and social aspects, with a focus on public participation, R&D, skills development, and removing administrative barriers.
