Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of February 27, 2015 on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and energy performance certificates

The Regulation specifies:

• methodology for calculating the energy performance of buildings;

• method of preparation of an Energy Performance Certificate for building;

• models of Energy Performance Certificates.

This Regulation also implements Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings.

There were two amendments to the regulation of 2015 – one from 2016 – aligning the name of minister responsible for construction, land-use planning and development and housing.
