“Estonian national energy and climate plan 2030” (hereinafter NECP 2030) has been drawn up in accordance with the obligations laid down in Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 on the Governance of the energy Union and Climate Action, which prescribes the submission of national energy and climate plans to the European Commission in every ten years.

The broader objective of NECP 2030 is to provide Estonian people, enterprises and other Member States information about measures which Estonia intends to deploy to achieve the energy and climate policy targets agreed in the European Union.

US Crude Oil Inventories Continue To Falter, SPR Struggling To Pick Up the Slack

The American Petroleum Institute (API) estimated that crude oil inventories in the United States fell by 765,000 barrels in the week ending June 19.
