The industry has been given 2 years of grace period since the program was promulgated on July 30, 2013. The RFS program implemented from July 31, 2015. The blending percentage of renewable energy fuel into their transportation fuel is from BD 2.5(since July 2015) to BD 3.0(In 2020)
