This policy as part of Spain's mobility stimulus, enables partial use of the surplus of Local Entities for renewal efficient fleets. It proposes authorizing local entities the use of part of their surplus for the renewal of their fleets with zero emission vehicles, except in cases where there are zero emission vehicles that meet the minimum service needs, as they can be replaced. It also includes the investment expense in recharging infrastructure for the use of vehicles.
