Determination — Commission
231 The Commission may determine (a) whether traffic is or has been carried under substantially similar circumstances and conditions for the purposes of section 230; (b) whether a company has complied with the provisions of section 230; and (c) whether there has been unjust discrimination for the purposes of section 235.
