Annual report
18 (1) The board of directors must, within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year, submit to the Minister a report on the Regulator’s activities under this Act for that fiscal year, and the Minister must cause the report to be laid before each House of Parliament on any of the first 15 days on which that House is sitting after the day on which the report is received. (2) The board of directors may submit a report to the Minister on the Regulator’s activities if the board considers it appropriate to do so. (3) For the purposes of subsection (1), fiscal year means the period beginning on April 1 in one year and ending on March 31 in the next year.
