Modernization of Delegations of Authority to Commission Staff

The Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") is amending its rules delegating authority to the Commission's staff to further modernize these rules, to better reflect the way the Commission conducts its business, and to more efficiently use the Commission's resources.
