Consultation response on proposals to introduce new and amended NSTA fees

The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) sought views on its proposals to introduce new fees for some of its services and amend some of the existing fees for its services.

The consultation, which was conducted between 17 June 2025 and 12 August 2025 can be found here.

On 2 March the NSTA published its consultation response below. This summarises the feedback received and sets out the NSTA’s response.
