Application of sections 317 and 318

Application of sections 317 and 318

307 Sections 317 and 318 apply in respect of an offshore renewable energy project or an offshore power line as if each reference in that section to (a) a company were a reference to a person; and (b) a pipeline were a reference to an offshore renewable energy project or offshore power line.
