Federal Energy Management and Planning Programs
This regulation establishes federal energy management and planning programs requiring federal agencies to reduce energy consumption in federal buildings by at least 10% per gross square foot by 1995 compared to 1985 baseline. Energy Code for New Federal Commercial and Multi-Family High Rise Residential Buildings
